Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed & shipped. Your order will not be processed until payment is received and approved. 

 

As soon as the order ships, you will  get an email with tracking information. 

 

DollExtensions only ships to the address provided via PayPal, after orders are placed you are unable to change the shipping address.

 

DollExtensions is not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, or natural disaster delays due to the holiday.

 

*All deliveries must be signed for.

 

Due to health and hygiene concerns, we do not accept return or exchange on human hair extensions.  No refunds and all sales are final
